That's fine, on the Login screen you'll see 'Forgotten?', just below the Password field.
Click on 'Forgotten?' and you'll be brought to the Password Reset screen. Enter your email address and click on 'Reset Password'.
You will now receive an email (within a minute or two) with a link which will allow you to change your password.
Now you can login again with your new password.
