Funky Frog offers a multilingual feature which allows your messages to be translated into whatever languages you want and read by your parents / members in whatever language is comfortable for them. It doesn't translate the entire app, just your alerts and messages.


How does it work?

Email us at support@funkyfrog.ie to let us know that you would like your messages translated and which languages you would like. We offer over 100 different languages, so we're bound to offer the one you're looking for. Then create your alerts and messages as normal and we'll translate them.


Once we set-up the translation feature, your users will see a 'language' icon a the top right of the screen (where your admin icon is found). Tapping this icon will allow them to choose a language. Once they've chosen a language, all messages will now be viewed in that language. They can change language as often as they would like and the messages will always be shown in the language they have chosen.


Please note that translations will only be carried out once the feature is switched on. Messages created prior to that will not be translated.


What does it cost?

One language (in addition to your default language) is included in your monthly subscription. Additional languages are charged at EUR 5 per language.
